Every person is different. Every birth is different. I’m here to help you take control of your birth experience, whether you’re leaning into your intuition, following a detailed plan, or somewhere in between—no judgment, no pressure, just support that fits you.

Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are personal. You deserve a birth that aligns with your needs, whether that means an unmedicated home birth, a scheduled cesarean, or something else entirely. I’m here to support you — emotionally, physically, and spiritually — so you can feel empowered and prepared, no matter how your birth unfolds.

All Birth Support Includes:

  • Unlimited phone and email support

  • Straightforward, easy-to-follow, evidence-based information, resources and tips

  • On-call support from the 38th week to the 42nd week of pregnancy.

Minimalist Package: $1200

For those who want the basics: essential support, no fluff. This is for the person who wants a calm, grounded experience without overcomplicating things.

  • 2 virtual prenatal meetings – Let’s get clear on your plan and how I can best support you.

  • Emotional, physical, and spiritual support during active labor – I’ll be there through it all, until you and baby are moved to Maternity.

  • 1 virtual postpartum meeting – A check-in after the birth to reflect and make sure you’re feeling good.

Birth Doula Package: $1400

For those who want a more in-depth connection and support during the entire process. You’ll get more face-to-face time and guidance throughout your pregnancy and birth.

  • 2 in-person prenatal meetings – We’ll meet up to talk through your plan and make sure everything feels aligned.

  • Continuous emotional, physical, and spiritual support during labor – I’m with you through it all, staying by your side until you and your baby are moved to Maternity.

  • 1 in-person postpartum meeting – I’ll check in on how you’re doing and make sure you’re feeling grounded in this new chapter.

Labor Support Only: $1000

For parents who already have a solid plan but want extra support when it counts — during labor. This package is about being present when you need it most.

  • Virtual Birth Prep Meeting – We’ll review your birth plan and make sure everything is lined up.

  • Continuous emotional, physical, and spiritual support during labor – I’ll be there to support you through active labor until you and your baby are moved to Maternity.
