I’m here to support you — emotionally, physically, and spiritually — so you can feel empowered and prepared, no matter how your birth unfolds.

  • Straightforward, easy-to-follow, evidence-based information, resources and tips

  • On-call support from the 38th week to the 42nd week of pregnancy.

Primal Vision Doula Package: $3,200-$3,400

For those who want a more in-depth connection, in addition to support

during late pregnancy, and the labor experience.

You’ll get more face-to-face time after giving birth,

and have more in-person guidance during the immediate postpartum period.

  • 1 virtual prenatal meeting (between 30th & 34th week of pregnancy)

  • 1 in-person prenatal meeting (near 38th week of pregnancy)

  • Continuous emotional, physical, and spiritual support during labor and the immediate 90 minutes of postpartum.

  • 1 in-person postpartum meeting

  • 40 hours of immediate postpartum support, starting the day of your postpartum meeting.

    • 5, 8-hour daytime shifts = $3,200 package (Saves $200)

    • 4, 10-hour overnight shifts = $3,400 package (Saves $200)

Wildflower Package: $1,800

For those who want a more in-depth connection and support

that focuses solely on late pregnancy, and the labor experience.

  • 2 in-person prenatal meetings (between 30th & 38th week of pregnancy)

  • Continuous emotional, physical, and spiritual support during labor

  • 1 in-person postpartum meeting

Birth Doula Package: $1,700

For those who are more worried about planning, than they are about the in-person connection. Nesting manifests in many different ways!

  • 2 virtual prenatal meetings (between 30th & 38th week of pregnancy)

  • Continuous emotional, physical, and spiritual support during labor

  • 1 in-person postpartum meeting

Labor Support Only: $1,400

For parents who already have a solid plan but want extra support when it counts — during labor. This package is about being present when you need it most.

  • Virtual Birth Prep Meeting (between the 35th and 38th week of pregnancy)

  • Continuous emotional, physical, and spiritual support during labor
